There are Two Types of Court Check as follows:
- E Court Check
- Physical Court Check
E Court Check is conducted by accessing information through government sourced website and databases to obtain information.
Whereas , a Physical Court check is conducted by physically visiting the below courts and checking the information:
i. City Civil Court / Rural Civil Court
ii. District/Session & Additional Session Court
iii. Magistrate Court & JMFC Court
iv. High Court

For E Court Check: The records are normally searched for the last 7 to 10 years depending on the clients requirement. However, the data for E Courts is available since 2000 but, not all courts have digitized and updated information for all the years. It’s a continuous process at courts end to update the same and add to the ever growing database.
For Physical Court Check: The records are normally searched for the last 7 to 10 years depending on the clients requirement. However, the data is available for all the cases till date in the courts.

For E Court Check: Average TAT is 2.5 working days (Ranging from 2 – 5 working days)

For Physical Court Check: Records are available and updated on a real time basis.

For Physical Court Check: Records are being aggregated by physically visiting and checking records at the following courts of the given jurisdiction.
